Visitors and Volunteers

VISITING

When visiting White Oak Elementary School, you must have a valid form of photo identification, such as a driver’s licenses, with you to sign in.

• Please use the front entrance and report directly to the front office to sign in.
• Use the visitor’s computer to sign in and get a sticker print out to display while on the premises.
• Please do not go to your child’s classroom or other areas within the school without signing in at the office first.
• This is for the safety and security of all of the students and staff.
  
  

IDENTIFICATION

All visitors must wear a visitor’s sticker.

• It is important that you display this sticker prominently as you walk through the school.
• Staff members will ask to see your badge and escort you back to the main office if you do not have one.

VOLUNTEERING

Anyone who wishes to volunteer at White Oak Elementary must register with WCPSS as a volunteer. 

• Registration must be updated each school year.
